IAN MICHAEL GIBSON is a experienced business manager with a background in
management and business consultancy with some of the major players. He has
considerable practical experience in the development and implementation of
business information and control systems, leading major development and change
management programmes in multi-national corporations.
He has acted in a "company doctor" role for UK based clients. As a consultant, he has managed finance systems and organisational implementations, demerger and integration projects with a number of European clients. As a business manager he has held senior management and finance roles in a number of manufacturing businesses. He is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FCMC).
Ian has a passionate interest in the business of business and a hard-edged practical approach to his clients' problems.
